David at the seafield store gave us an amazing experience from entering the store. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and didnt hard sell, which is something we really dislike. He made our purchase really easy and kept to all the social distancing guidelines. 5 star service from him!

From the moment I step through the door your representative Stephanie was very welcoming and helpful, walking me through each stage and showing me the correct beds. When I thought one out of my price range she was there to show me an alternative. She was not pushy and was very professional. Social distancing and measures were very good
