Dreams - Mansfield

Assistant Chris listened carefully to what I wanted just a bad base because I've already got a mattress. He also understood because I am moving house and have a lot to buy that I had a limited budget. He showed me to the classic range of double divan bases with four drawers which was exactly what I wanted. He was very polite and friendly and did not try to pressure me into buying for a more expensive product. He was quick and efficient place in the order on the computer and checked everything carefully with me. I was very impressed especially as he told me he was new to the job

Friendly staff and very helpful, the chap that helped us had only been doing the job for 1 month and we wouldn’t have known if he didn’t tell us. He got us to use the sleep simulator to identify the type of mattress we required then showed us them all and left us to decide.

This was the third bed shop we had visited. I either warm to a sales assistant or not and then do not want to work with them In other shops, their customer service lacked desperately. As soon as we walked into dreams we could see that all the staff were busy, but we were acknowledged and then left to have a look around. When we wanted assistance I cannot rate the assistance we were given more highly. The manager knew her stock and was able to advise us accordingly. She made you feel that you as a customer was important to her. A very pleasant personality and very helpful, whilst keeping an eye on all her staff who were also with customers.

When we arrived at the store we were greeted immediately. Chris put us on the bed experience machine and then discussed the results with us. He then showed us the recommended mattresses and left us to look around freely. When we had made our choice we went back to him to place our order. Chris made us a drink and was chatty, friendly and helpful. Overall excellent service.

Excellent knowledge of staff who gave good customer service but knew when to leave you to shop alone.

I found first Chris and then the lady (Laura I think) who helped us did a good job. We used the bed that measures the best type of mattress for you which was an innovative sales tool. I purchased because although I recognised I could get a better quality of mattress and bed online I was worried and nervous that we’d not tried the mattress out which was the defining reason we chose to purchase with dreams.

Having a member of staff that knew about the products was a novel experience. The knowledge and friendliness was exceptional. Well done.
