Friendly staff given a coffee and spent time going through all the mattress we could chose that were firm and we were not rush

The store was warm and inviting. There was a good range of products to look at even though we knew what we were looking for. The Sales Assistant was both knowledgeable and friendly without being overpowering ... just how a sales person should be! She respected that my husband and I needed time to discuss our purchase alone but was available to answer our questions.

All the staff in the store were extremely helpful and very polite. All were very approachable and not too over the top. We live eighteen miles away but will definitely be returning to purchase a bed. Excellent customer service

Bev, the assistant was excellent on both occasions I visited the store. She gave me excellent advice and help in choosing an electric bed suitable for my needs.

To who it concern I am send these. Feedback to let you no that everything is find and now I am starting to sleeping at night much better now and I end joy the bed much better now just to said thank you very much

I was rushing around on a Sunday afternoon and Dreams was the only shop open between 4-5pm and the staff inside could not have help any more, even though it was close to going home time!

We were served as soon as entering shop. Could not fault the information or assistance given. Staff were very pleasant and most helpful.
