Dreams - Mansfield

Well see out store,clean and bright not overcrowded. Clare was working as I entered store but put everything to one side and gave me 100%of her attention. She must be a very good assets to your company as she was very forth coming with information on every bit of the items I ordered. This is my second purchase from Dreams and wouldn't hesitate to go back a third time.

Clare, the assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to our specific requirements, but without being too pushy.

We have shopped at this branch of dreams before and once again we were very pleased with the quality of service we received and the attention to detail by the staff member who served us. He took time to listen to our needs and gave us as much time and attention as we required to make up our minds. We weren't pressured at any time and he went out of his way to cater exactly to our requirements. We were offered refreshments and at no time felt as if we were taking too long to make a decision.

We went to Dreams last week and spoke to Bev who was very helpful, we decided to look around and check products as to what we were buying. Today we decided to go back to Dreams and luckily Bev was on duty again, she welcomed us and was so pleased we had come back - she found two pillows, looked after my handbag and our coats and went off to make us a cup of tea saying we should try them all out again in the range we had decided on. She wasnt pushy or overbearing, we had a good talk about the product and it was obvious she knows her stuff!! If everyone on stores were as helpful and pleasant to deal with life would be so much happier for everyone. I will add here we did go to another store and the assist at did nothing but repeat the same sentences and virtually shout us down as we spoke, her product was good but I wouldn't have bought from her as she made me feel very I comfortable.

Polite efficient and friendly service from staff who obviously have a sound knowledge of all the available products and having passed that on to us were courteous enough to allow time for decision without pressure

Bev was very knowledgeable, very friendly with here approach and there was such a warm friendly atmosphere in the shop highly satisfied will go a gain.

Clare (Dreams staff member) was knowledgeable, helpful, went through the options, explained everything, didn't pressure or rush me while I tried the beds, ask me questions and offered me advise based on my answers. The shop was clean and tidy, an example of most items were displayed in store, the one that wasn't Clare showed me online, there was a relaxed atmosphere within the store as well. Parking was easy. Dealt with one person from start to finish.

The last who dealt with us was very kind to my two sons and was in my opinion a really nice down to earth person. I told her I'd be back Saturday after a think about it and me and my partner decided to get the nice bed with the 42 inch TV etc. When we arrived she made us a cup of tea and gave the kids a drink and a biscuit. It was a stress free transaction and would gladly shop there again. Mark millward
