Staff kowledgable, approachable and not pushing for a sale gave us relevant information and let us make are mind up without any pressure. Signs were clear on beds and helped make our choice easier. Overall i was happy with the price we paid.

Bev talked us into trying beds as we only went into get a bunked but it was out of stock,We were in need of a knew bed and Bev put us at ease and we made a purchase and we are very pleased she gave us that push..

Claire the colleague at the Mansfield store was fab with us. Even when we were phoning to rearrange the delivery due to the house move keep moving she knew us on the phone. This is fab service as now we can go back into the store and there be a friendly face.

The lady in charge of the shop was very helpful we found her to be very understanding on what we wanted and helpful infect all the staff where very very helpful

The staff are very friendly and welcoming they take the time out to actually listen to you and make sure you leave satisfied with the product even after you think you have found the right product they make sure that you are 100% first buy makeing sure you try everything first and the price is great too

Bev the instore assistant was very good, She informed us which was the best mattress to buy as my husband and i have different needs. We used to have single mattress's but we purchased a double and purchased the pillows that let airflow around so you keep cool. My husband has to be cool in bed whereas i love to be warm but not too hot/ The pillows are great and we will be purchasing some more of these at a later date. Steve and Dean who delivered all the items except the pillows were extremely professional and helpful bringing the mattress upstairs and putting it on the bed and also fixing the headboard to another bed in the front bedroom. WE WISH TO THANK YOUR STORE STAFF AND YOUR DELIVERY PERSONEL FOR A FAST AND EFFICIENT SERVICE.
