The assistant who helped us (Bev) was able to give us all the advice that we required in a friendly, professional manner. At no time were we made to feel pressurised to make a purchase. I came away thinking that staff in other shops should have the same attitude as your staff.

The assistant, Rav, was extremely polite and helpful, he made the effort to seek an alternative when the bed we wanted was not immediately available. He allowed my husband to use the toilet and was courteous throughout our questioning and found us a mattress which exactly met our requirements.

Bev offered excellent service, and provided great advice on selecting the correct mattress.
