Bev was in the Store on her own. However she dealt with my order with the utmost care (even though she was serving 3 customers at once) she made me feel like I was the only person there. Extremely fantastic customer service, Bev deserves a medal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did not intend to buy from dreams just went looking for comparison, thought prices were to high. After visit realised you got what you paid for.

There was a wide variety of choice. The staff member who served us, Rav, made us feel very welcome and encouraged us to spend time making our decision. Whilst mentioning 'add on' products, we didn't in any way feel we were under any pressure to take them which is a huge point in your favour as that is something we hate. The store was light, airy and quiet and the whole experience was just very pleasant. Rav was friendly and extremely attentive. As our first experience of shopping in Dreams, it certainly won't be our last.

We visited the store on 2 occasions and both times the staff were great. The first time even thou we only wanted to get an idea Clare was very helpful and took time to show us what we wanted & also gave an idea of the prices etc. the next time a few days later we saw Bev who also was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This time we placed on order. All the staff are helpful & very friendly even if you are just looking. Everything was explained about delivery etc. We even had a drink while we were there. We were asked what our budget was and then shown products to match the budget, we didn't get the hard sell which was highly appreciated and the staff were really good with our kids so we could concentrate on making our decision.

Friendly staff, not pushy, allowed you to browse but made you aware they were there if you needed assisstance. Knowledgeable, helpful and guided us to the right bed for us, which wasn't the most expensive, but was the bed for our needs.

We were dealt with by Raj ( I think his name was Raj!) who was very knowledgeable on your products and able to give us good advice on our requirements, without going to the most expensive mattress first! very helpful overall.

The staff (Bev and Clare) could not have been more helpful at Dreams in Mansfield, we decided on the Tempor range of beds and we are pleased with the bed we bought. Thankyou for all the information and assistance we received on our visit to Dreams.
