We found what we were looking for within 5 minutes. We thought the products we bought were fairly priced and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and dealt with what we were looking for promptly. We didn't feel pressured into buying anything and the lady gave us our own time and space to think about our decision.

I was made to feel welcome but not pressurised into purchasing. The salesman asked sensible questions.

we knew what we wanted before we got too your shop, the bed we saw had every thing we wanted. service and customer care we received was fine, although she didnt know how to get the music on iphone though the bed and both ladies had too get instructions out- i suppose not good if trying too sell us the bed.
