Purchased two beds and two mattresses. Sales Assistant knew her stuff, was receptive to what we were telling her and worked hard to gain our business. Recommended.

As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by Bev. She was very polite and as we explained what we were looking for, she was more than happy to show us numerous products that were suitable. Even though we had 3 children, Bev was very patient and helped to keep them entertained whilst we had a look round.

Bev fully understood our needs and knew what to recommend. She was very patient, friendly and made us both feel comfortable whilst we decided on our purchase. We didn't feel pressurised into anything and was left alone to try out the different mattresses. Bev was able to answer all our questions.

I've recently separated from my husband of 11 years and needed to get everything new. I have never had to make these decisions on my own before and Rav took the time to tell me all about the different beds and even let me lie on some to get a feel for the right one for me! I even got a coffee while the order was processed - I'm a very happy customer :)

We were dealt with by Bev, she was courteous throughout and did the best she could to get us a good deal. Very good customer skills, helpful and understood the product and our needs. Would definatly return if needed any other bedroom furniture.
