Dreams - Mansfield

When we entered the store we were greeted politely. We said we would like to look round which we did. We found the bed we liked and called over Louise to ask her a few questions,she came over to us and answered all the questions we put to her in a very efficient and competent way. But what we liked the most was that there was no high pressure selling or hovering whilst we made our decision,which was good.

I arrived, I saw, I bought

Naomi was very helpful in store. Despite her not having worked there very long she gave us all the help and support that we needed.

Staff offered a great discount on a discontinued item

The Sales Adviser, Naomi was very helpful, very friendly and not at all pushy. We later found out that she had only worked at the store for a short while. She went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the purchase and gave us a cup of coffee too whilst completing the paperwork. There were no pushy cross sales either , and we got a 3 for 2 deal which we were happy with.

Rav the salesperson was extremely friendly, patient and understanding of our needs. He continued to explain various options to us and was concious of our budget. His colleagues in the store were also friendly and provided us with a welcome warm drink. Much time was taken to explain the options because the bed we eventually purchased was for an overseas relative who is not expected to use it until Christmas. Overall, a very satisfactory experience.

Because the sales advisor, Clare, was very helpful, friendly and efficient. She made the experience easy, and everything was sorted in less than an hour.

We were put at ease by Naomi, she ask what we were looking for, which was 2 mattresses . And helped us make our choice nothing was too much trouble. She gave us confidence in our purchase.
