Francis was very helpful whilst choosing a new mattress for my brother who has learning disabilities. Lovely, friendly and very helpful.

I found exactly what I wanted with the help of ‘Louise’. She took time to show me different products and gave me the chance to try them out, knew a lot about each product and was very helpful when choosing delivery. She explained how much the bed and mattress would be out of the sale which was a huge plus when deciding to spend the money!

Chris was very helpful in assisting both mine and my partners requirements of a mattress. We never felt under pressure to purchase but he was helpful friendly and informative! It is very much appreciated not to have the hard sell put upon us. This would make me return to dreams again. Some years ago I visited Dreams and I had a pushy salesman that told me he can only let me try 3 mattresses. This put me off! Thankfully Chris has restored my faith in the shop with his professionalism yet friendly manner. Thank you

SHOWROOM WAS SPOTLESS... Assistant Tina was very helpful... I found the showroom very easy to get around and plenty of room between all the beds, and a great selection. Lovely and cool in the store. All this and a lovely cup of coffee. We will definitely shop at dreams in the future.

Excellent customer survice andd lots of choice

Very friendly chatty staff. Was welcomed as soon as we walked in. They asked what we was looking for. We were took straight to item mattress toppers. Chris (new guy) very helpful and was doing brilliant for his third week or so in job. Lady at the till also very chatty and friendly even though it was a lovely day and they stuck inside working. (I work in retail, nothing worse)

The lady who served me - Louise - was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took all the time I could've needed or wanted to talk through options and was very patient. All the staff seemed to be in a very good mood - especially given they were trapped indoors working on a sunny bank holiday weekend. Would recommend

Friendly staff, good product knowledge which was related to own or other staff members experience of products. Not pushy and offered product information for us to take away eg specifications. Offered us tea/coffee during our visit. Took a publicity photo of us with my daughter who is Miss Nottingham (Galaxy) and uploaded it onto the stores staff website congratulating her and wishing her good luck with her upcoming charity event (The Glitter Ball) which is raising money for the Christie’s and Huntington Disease Association.
