Dreams - Mansfield

We had not visited your store with the intention of making a purchase, but due to the thorough knowledge and assistance provided by Clare we look forward to receiving our new Tempur mattress. I would add that we were not pressured at any time and our decision was made purely on a most professional 'customer service'. We would ask that our compliments to be passed on.

The Staff was good

Our shopping for a bed was made very easy by the friendlyness of the assistants and their knowledge if all the items we asked about.

I was very impressed with the lady who served me she knew her job very well very friendly could not have done better thank you very much will be back again when I need a new bed Mrs dawn turner

My partner and myself visited the Mansfield store on Sunday 1/11/15 we wasn't hurried or pressured was given plenty of time to look around at our leisure and when we did need assistance the staff couldn't of done more.

Bev was very helpful and was not pushy with the sale at all. We had our 3 year old with us who she gave a balloon to. She was very friendly :)

It felt a friendly happy store, there was no pressure to buy but the staff were all on hand when you needed them. Louise who served us was very friendly but not pushy, I don't like pushy sales people

Basically went into Dreams just to have a look at a mattress as the one we currently have was well passed its used by date and was so impressed with the service and quality decided there and then on the mattress we wanted.

Bev the assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products. She understood the problem we have with my husbands back and suggested what could help him.
