Bev was fantastic at the Mansfield store. We had an appointment elsewhere and whilst we were away Bev found exactly what we were looking for & sorted a quote for our return

Highly satisfied. Bev and Louise extremely helpful and very knowledgable regarding the bed we wished to buy. Showed us alternatives and explained in detail the different mattresses. Encouraged us to try several beds until we found the one to meet our needs. Nothing too much trouble and both ladies really friendly and cheerful. Came to us as soon as we entered the door and even made my disabled husband a cup of tea! No pressurised sale talk whatsoever. We'll done Dreams on your choice of excellent employees.

When we first opened the store and were approached by Rav we thought "oh no, pushy salesman", how wrong were we! He listened to what we were looking for and understood our budget limit. He took a long time to show us beds he thought would be suitable and left us plenty of time to lie down and feel how the beds would be over a period of time. When we had decided what we needed he dealt with the sale swiftly and professionally. Bev the other assistant was also incredibly helpful and helped us choose the pillows and duvet we needed and explained the 8 year cover thoroughly. I cannot fault either of them, professional, friendly and helpful. What a joy it was to just be helped and not pushed. I would definitely go to your store again.

We walked into the store to look at a certain bed, once we had found it, "Bev" came over to see if we needed help and explained about the bed we were looking at. We decided to have another look around at other products and ended up back at the bed we had started with. "Bev" came over as she had seen that we we deliberating about the bed. We asked for her advice on mattress choice, for which she was very knowledgeable and understanding to our needs. She listened to what we needed and advised on a specific type and gave us a couple of options for us to choose from. All in all, a very good visit, with knowledgeable staff.
