Great customer service

The very nice lady that greater my wife and I when we walked into the store gave us an excellent service and asked us a lot of questions to understand our needs especially mine due to my disability also we only went into store to have a look only but as your member of staff was very good understanding our needs she guided us to make a very worth while purchase and she is a credit to the company

We were greeted by friendly and approachable staff who showed an excellent knowledge of the products they were selling. We were extremely impressed with the wide selection of beds available and were given sound advise on which would be best suited for us. The staff gave us helpful advice on choosing a mattress and gave recommendations based on their knowledge of the products. The lady who served us, Clare at the Mansfield store, was polite and friendly and did not pressure us into making a speedy decision. My husband and I felt very satisfied with our new bed purchase and felt even more satisfied that we had received excellent customer service from entering to leaving the store. Thank you Clare.

Clare was very friendly and helpful and talked me through different types or mattresses and pillows etc, very happy with my visit.

We were in desperate need of a new mattress, and went to Dreams as we were happy with a previous purchase, we were immediately approached byBev out sales assistant who asked if she could be of any assistance, or want to browse, I asked for help wanting a soft to medium mattress, she showed me several, and was asked to try them, we eventually narrowed it down, but I wanted to go back to the first one, she gave me advice regarding my choices and asked me questions which would help choose the appropriate mattress needed, after making my choice, the payment and delivery advice was given, all in all a very good shopping experience.

Very aware staff that allowed time to browse - encouraged us to lie on the beds

Was highly satisfied with service but not happy when I paid in full only to find that delivery was five weeks. I feel that a deposit would have been adequate and my cash better in my account. This is why I couldn't answer as to quality satisfaction as I haven't seen it yet I ordered from screen.

We walked into store not knowing what we wanted in a mattress but we did have a budget of around £400 in mind, then Clare introduced herself and asked what we were looking for and could she help, what can I say , the knowledge Clare had was amazing she first asked how we both sleep on our current mattress and how we felt the next morning and so on and in a matter of just 10 minutes we had found our perfect mattress even though it was £200 above our budget we didn't quibble, what also gave us peace of mind is that they offer a 40 night trial of your purchase and if it is not as you expected they will exchange it, how good is that and included in the extra £200 is a 8 year insurance cover for manufacturer faults and accidental damage "brilliant" overall a very pleasant shopping trip. Thank you Clare.

I came to the store with my husband and two toddlers, we was only looking for beds and wasn't going to buy that day until we was greeted by a few members of staff they helped out with the children why we looked round and made us feel very welcome, like i say we wasn't buying that day until a staff member (lou)told us about the finance options which was brill, then all staff was very helpful getting us the right beds and mattresses. I am very happy with the service I received and would definitely go back. Bev,Claire,Lou thanks again for all your help and making my bed shopping so much easier.
