Friendliness and helpfulness. Good knowledge. Went out of their way to help me to show me how a headboard would look on another bed.

saw what i wanted on line and found it easy in the store.staff were friendly and put the order through with ease.very pleased with purchase.looks lovely in bedroom.

I was highly satisfied has soon as I walked into the shop ,has one of your reps come to see me straight away, and ask if I wanted any help, which was great , NO WAITTING , but also I like about dreams is your web site , which help me a lot in picking a mattress ,and the fact that the shop was nice and clean/fresh and a big wide area to walk around in ,Thank you Dreams for my highly satisfied first experience with your company.

Once walked in assistant walked straight ver and assisted me and was not pushed into buying the most expensive item and was shown different beds mattresses and prices too extremely friendly staff too welcomed us with lively smiles which made me feel comfortable.

Approach and knowledge of staff was excellent, much more so than at your competitor. Your product was probably superior to your competition the price was still matched. Great service from all in store.

Good customer care during our time in the store

Was assisted straight away, when we asked about beds the lady that worked there, Bev, spent time ensuring she found the right mattress for my husband and helped me to find the bed that I wanted with the specific colors I wanted.

Both the sales people who helped seem to have full knowledge of the products .I am somewhat disabled and help was needed to fully try the beds and help was always there and I must thank them.
