The initial assistant John was most helpful and did not rush us in any way and was most informative about the process of choosing a new bed and particularly a mattress. Once we ha tried a latex then a gel top mattress he recommended the Tempur demo cabin. As we were keen to know more about Tempur after that he involved another assistant, Clare, who was also extrmemly helpful and knowledgable.

Visited the store looking for a bed urgently for my mum. The staff in the Mansfield store - Clare, Lou and John were extremely helpful and accommodating and couldn't do enough for us. They helped my mum pick a bed within budget and the bed arrived to us the same evening so my mum could have a good nights sleep, after she had spent the last week or so on a futon bed. We were so grateful. The service we received was outstanding and we will definitely recommend dreams to our family and friends. We will even be dropping off a card and some chocolates to show our appreciation.

When my wife and I entered Dreams, Mansfield, we were approached by the manager, John, as he introduced himself, informed us that he needed to only show us 3 beds, max 4. I was highly sceptical and informed him as such explaining that I suffer back problems that do not make it easy for me to choose from a small range. We talked him through what we have already seen in another store, Tempur Sensation, and starting with the same product he questioned us about our views and thoughts. Explaining it was a different experience from the previous week and we were not satisfied with the bed, after asking about the comfort factor we were after he showed us another bed, TheraPur. Being able to spend time laying on the bed and again questioning us about the comfort and quality, he also helped me with pillows as that was a contributing factor to my problems too. Again listening to what we were saying he showed us a 3rd bed, another TheraPur, which again after spending time laying on it and testing pillows we chose to purchase the bed. He did, however, show us a fourth which didn't compare. John new his products, he listened to what we needed and he did it in 3 beds. I'm convinced. Thanks John.

The selection of products was excellent, the staff where extremely knowledgable on all products and pleasant to talk with.

I was shown a variety of options that were within the budget I had expressed. I was able to negotiate a price for a variation to the spec which I considered to be good value for money and good customer service. All information was written for me to consider and after further research based on the information given I returned later in the day to confirm the purchase. Staff were most helpful and considerate, a factor that confirmed my choice of supplier. I have made other previous purchases as far back as 2010 and always been highly satisfied with both goods and service

We were highly satisfied with the service because the Assistant Louise, was very helpful and very knowledgable about the goods we were buying, nothing was too much trouble. Validation code 183.

We were met by Clare who took the time to understand our requirements and then spent time with us showing the products and allowing us to try out the mattresses. She also explained the process for delivery, guarantees etc. Nothing was too much trouble. xcellent customer service.

Highly satisfied there was plenty of choice, store was clean and assistant was knowledgeable and friendly
