The sales person was extremely helpful and did not try to sell something we did not want a so we were very impressed

Veyr helpful sales person Bev, not pushy and wanted to get us the best deal within our budget set out very early in the transaction. I would suggest that sales agents are less attentive on arrival of customers as this will in general disengage the buyer as they do not want to be jumped on as soon as they walked in the door This incidentally is why i chose Bev as i had 3 agents try to engage me within 10 seconds of walking in the door.. let me browse first and i will find you...

Found the items we wanted with the flexibility to defer delivery

I enjoyed my visit to Dreams they have some beautiful beds I could have gone to sleep very easily on the ones I laid on every one was so eager to help shall definitely go back there if I need something else.

Our views and needs were fulfilled and the shopping experience was as we would have liked and informative

The store worker was very helpful and guided us to which mattress to purchase. She was friendly and down to earth.

We didn't get the 'hard sell routine' that you normally receive when shopping, and received good practical advice once we had explained our needs. The whole experience was nice and relaxed which made things easier. To compare prices we visited another bed factory opposite Dreams but were not provided with any guidance and the store seemed dirty, so we swiftly returned to Dreams and placed our order.

Louise was very helpful with the purchase of a new bed for my daughter. She was very efficient and helped us get everything completed so we could carry on with our day.

Friendliness of staff, product knowledge, listened to us as the customer, honest about costs /additional products, willingness to arrive at best price / negotiate price

The dreams staff was not trying to sell you but more trying to help you find the right items for you.. Very friendly and helpful.
