We explained reasons why we needed a certain mattress, Bev was able to take us to the mattresses to fit the description we needed, she listened, adviced and was very friendly involving our 8 year old who enjoyed what could of been a boring experience for her.

Clare was very helpful and gave us lots of information, she helped us understand what type of bed was right for us! She had very good product knowledge and was very friendly! Thank you!

immediately welcomed into the store. Shown a selection of beds and encouraged to try for firmness and comfort etc. We also received a cup of coffee each which was most welcome. I had intended to purchase a single bed but eventually decided upon a 4ft small double which will be much more useful. Finally we came to the selection of a headboard which was once again no problem at all to your member of staff. Thanks for a very pleasant shopping experience which is not always the case these days.
