Very pleasant experience. Staff could not have been more helpful, they gave me the information I needed and gave me time to make a decision.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the product.

Bev was fantastic throughout our shopping experience, my granddaughter wanted to go on the tempur bed and was allowed, she really enjoyed the bed as she had been in with her parents last week so she knew where she wanted to go. Brilliant polite and helpful service.

We were highly satisfied with Dreams. We came in to store and was greeted by a lovely member of staff straight away, We were asked what we was looks for. We were after a new mattress and requested which was the best for a bad back as my husband has severe back problems. We was shown the ranges which would be good for him and was able to test them. The staff member was very patient and made sure it was the product we really wanted and hit all our requirements. Even though we only purchased an mattress we looked at beds and other products in store and we found that there overall prices are very good, we will be going back to Dreams when we require a new bed. Thank you Dreams.
