Staff very attentive x understanding of our needs. As a disabled customer I needed specific requirements in selecting a bed x the staff tried extremely hard to meet those needs,

Clare was very helpful and listened to all our needs

My wife & I visited your Mansfield branch and were greeted by 'Clare' who patiently attended to our needs. Her product knowledge was excellent, taking time to demonstrate and explain fully the pros and cons of the beds/mattresses. Her approach was polite and friendly and at no time did we feel that we were being pressurised into making a purchase. We do not think that we could have received better attention. Clare is a credit to your Company and it was a pleasure doing business with her.

Clare was very knowledgable and easy to talk to, Im a bit of a pushover when it comes to dealing with salespeople but the whole experience was fun and I got what I wanted so alls well !

Bev was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome in the store, it was a pleasure to be there and nothing was too much trouble.

The assistant, Clare, was extremely helpful. She gave us as much time as we needed to try out various beds and was able to advise us about the right product for our needs. She listened to us and advised us without being pushy.

We were asked pertinent question about what we needed/ our price range/ preference of materials and comfort. We tried out about 4 mattresses and were able to note the difference and find which worked best for us. Our assistant Clare was helpful without being pushy or patronising and had a lot of subject knowledge which helped inform our decision.
