There was a variety of products available which were nicely spaced out and well advertised.

Was greeted by Tina who was extremely friendly and was understanding of our requirements and was very professional representing the store. We was given many options that was available for our needs for both comfort and price range. Without any pressure but with experience guidance and a nice cup of coffee we came to a satisfying decision on the mattress that suited our needs. Thank you Dreams and also Tina upon receiving our new mattress.

Very good service - very welcoming and nice touch on the tea front

From walking through the door we felt at ease straight away as you were not jumped on bye sale assistance. When we spoke to Tina the shop assistant nothing was too much trouble for her , she was so friendly and professional you could tell she loved her job . We new we had a job on our hands from the vast amounts of mattresses on show but after talking to Tina we was able to narrow it down and also with the help of a cup of coffee.

Hollie was very professional, she dealt with us in a polite and courteous manner.

I wasn't aware of the wide range of pillows and mattress, the technology assistance available to make the right choice, the assistant Rav was very helpful the whole experience was educational and well presented. Both myself and my partner had a very satisfactory experience and were both involved in the whole process
