Dreams - Mansfield

I was very satisfied with visiting and purchasing my bed at dreams today, the staff were excellent, me and my partner only went to have a look today but we ended up buying a bed. I found that the staff were very attentive and weren't at all pushy, they showed us several different mattresses and left us to discuss in private what we liked the best. we were offered refreshments. would highly recommend going to this store to many of my friends and family. thank you to dreams and Mansfield.

We went to Dreams simply just to see what it was we wanted and to try a few beds. To be honest we were going to get one online. Clare at Mansfield completely changed our mind, she listened to what we wanted from a bed, the price we wanted to spend and even knew which pillows would be perfect for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her, she gave us all the time in the world and we were not pressured at any time, which is very important to us, as we hate things being pushed on us. My husband did not want to spend as much as we did but after spending time with Clare he said he would not buy from anywhere else. Everything was explained to us in details that we could both understand, we were offered a drink, which is a rarity on any shopping trip, and we even got to leave our take away purchasing in store until we had finished our day out. We will definitely be going back to Dreams, and will definitely be wanting to see Clare again.

The knowledge our assistant had of all the beds was terrific, she certainly knows her job well. One small thing though, it would be nice to look around first before someone comes over and asks if you need help (not Clare) please give us customers time to view sometimes its nice too look before buying.

My wife and I were helped and advised very well by a very knowledgeable assistant without being pressured into making a purchase and we were not hurried at all. I have to say nothing was to much trouble for Clare who served us.

Excellent customer service, great choice of products at a good price

Clare was really helpful when we were just window shopping a few weeks ago. She didnt try to push us into making a purchase as we explained that we were waiting for our purchase of a new build to go through. Clare was able to provide all of the relevant info we needed to make our decision.
