The sales lady was polite, friendly and was interested in helping me get exactly what I needed. She took the time to listen to me carefully so she could make sure the bed I was buying suited my needs.

Your Assistant listened very carefully to our needs and was very patient with my husband who can be quite difficult. We were not given the hard sell (as was the case with your competitor a few doors down) but were able to take our time choosing the perfect bed for us. We were very pleased with the choice available to us.

The assistant BEV who served us was very helpful and knowlegable good sales person for Dreams.We were going to visit other shops to look for mattress but were very happy at the service we got there and even a cup of tea to seal the deal.good sales people understood our needs

the two assistants who helped us were very friendly and knowlgable we were going to other shops but we ended up buying the matteress from Dreams because they were helpful but not pushy thats what customer wants had they been pushy i would have walked out.We even sighned the deal over a cup of tea.We explained what we were looking for and then they guided us along
