Dreams - Mansfield

We recieved a great service from Clare, she really knew her stuff and advised us well on which bed to choose. She made us feel really comfortable in what can be quite an awkward experience (lying on a bed talking to someone you don't know. She even advised us on our pillows which resulted in my husband coming away with a new one! We'd just like to thank her for her help and are looking forward to receiving the bed.

Felt like the staff ,had time for me to go through the products

John took the time to assess my needs and my budget then showed me mattresses that fitted that criteria and he thought would suit me. I liked this because I didn't feel overwhelmed by too much choice and/or having to spend well over my budget in the process; I often reject the assistance offered in places for fear of this but I am glad I said yes to help in Dreams. I was given plenty of time to decide and John and Clare offered advice when asked. Thank you!

Mary and all the stores staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable of the stores goods,they made us feel really welcome,not hassled as some stores do.they made us feel really comfortable in the store and didn't Rush us or pressure us in any way,will defiantly recommend dreams to family and friends

THE STORE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE WITH CHOICE OF BEDS ENCOURAGING US TO TRY ALL DIFFERENT MATTRESSES.
