The assistant, Bev, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. With all her help we frrl we have made the right choices.

From the start of ordering( we knew what we wanted, a double bed for our guest room) we were happy with the knowledge of the sales staff and the speed in which our order was processed. the delivery men rung me with a time slot and were early and very quick in putting the bed in the room specified. they were both very pleasant . Overall very pleased with everything, definitely would recommend Dreams. We purchased another bed from them a few years ago and the service is still the same.

we were greeted straight away then left to browse, the lady then came back at the right time to answer our questions, offer advice then recommend a bed and mattress to suit our requirements

On entering the store at Mansfield, the assistants immediately spoke to us and were very helpful, asking us which type of bed we required, showed us different mattress strengths and advised us on which one would be good for any special needs we have health wise. didn't rush us which is good, even supplied a cup of tea. Staff at this branch are very friendly and helpful. Found the one we wanted and sorted out paperwork, bed delivered 13/4/2015 by Ray and Tom. really helpful, gave us all the assistance we needed. Will recommend your products and delivery service to friends and family. Thank you.
