Jess, The assistant was very helpful both over the phone and in person when we visited.

The staff were very helpful and polite. Understanding our needs,and making the purchase as smooth as possible.

I needed a bed immediately and Jess and Rav at the Mansfield store were able to come up with a brilliant solution to solve my problem. They went out of their way to assist me, I was really impressed with them and the selection in the store.

Bev the lady who looked after me and my friend was very helpful and very knowledgable about the mattresses I was looking at. She didn't Rush us and even made us a coffee.

Both Clare and Bev (and the other staff we came across) were very helpful when we visited the store. We were given as much time as we needed to ask questions and to try out beds. We had visited another nearby bed store and narrowed it down to two choices - one at Dreams and the other elsewhere. The overall Dreams package with the 40 day try out and the recycling of our old bed and the mix of features of the bed we purchased, and the lightly lower overall price edged it. Thank you - to date excellent service and hope delivery and assembly goes as well.

Got plenty of information from Clare the assistant all explained very well and no pressure sales .

I was served by Clare, whom I found to be very helpful, kind, patient. A lovely lady, knowledgeable of all the products in the store. She listened to me regarding my disabilities and the problems I am having with my old mattress. She explained why she had selected different mattresses for me to try, and why it was advisable for me to try them before making a purchase. She explained the differences between the mattresses and also the prices of each. I didn't feel any pressure from her to make a purchase. I thank Clare for all her help and advise and for helping make my purchase go smoothly.
