The customer service was lovely when we walked in, we were offered drinks which doesn’t normally happen so it was a nice touch. However, we decided to pay by 0% finance using monthly instalments. We completed all the information necessary then had to wait for 15 minutes for the finance to be processed, after waiting to 15 minutes the system kicked out that we could only finance as ‘Buy now pay later’ which wasn’t ideal but we decided to stick with it. We paid the deposit of £160, this was meant to be £120 and I mentioned this as the amount was shown on the card machine but nothing was corrected. We left the store as the finance documents came through and indeed we had overpaid the deposit, but the overpayment on the deposit was not deducted from the final amount to be paid at the end of the 9 month buy now pay later finance agreement. We ended up having to go back into the store and spend a further 10 minutes having a new finance agreement raised for the correct amount. The staff were lovely but the experience was just a little bit of a faff.

Need to see more option in store.

Highly satisfied is quite hard to achieve, I am satisfied with the service but there are ways to improve your KPI’s and I’d like a larger range of bedding accessories

I was satisfied on this experience but on previous visits I was very dissatisfied and left a bitter taste in my mind . I explained this to the manager Frances who was very nice but u never forget a bad experience.

I bought a mattress, put half on a card and the other half on finance, I would have liked the finance on my terms, for example paying more each month and NOT dragging it out for months.

It was good to go on the machine which gave us the chance to buy a mattress that suited us best.

Had to go and ask the staff to help as no one came to me. Otherwise all goid
