Excellent service by the Dreams Colleague, very professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. We were assisted in finding and selecting the items we were looking for using the Sleepmatch Machine which was easy to use. The ordering process and selection of a delivery date was easy. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Hollie at the Mansfield branch was very helpful and understood my/our needs as I suffer with a bad back! She helped us choose the perfect mattress for our needs! Can’t wait for it to be delivered!

The manager was lovely. She made us a drink and spent time showing us the bed frames and what each bed comes with. She placed our order in no time and answered all our questions.
