I thought the price to say there was a sale on was a bit high

Ordered the bed Sunday, but couldn't be delivered until following Saturday, then had to nearly £10 delivery charge because the next slot for delivery after that was a week the following Friday!! Not happy.

There was a large amount of customers in store but only 2 computers so I had to wait a while to be served... as did other people

The service and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The only thing wrong, and was a serious irritant, was the dreadful music being played over the pa system. Turn that off and you get 5 stars all round.

We were very satisfied with Hollie who originally served us in the Mansfield store. She was very helpful on both days we went into store. However, she was with another customer and we were passed on to the manager to put the transaction through. We found him to be dismissive and rude. He came out of the staff room eating pizza. We understand he had ordered it in for the staff because of a competition they had won. However although the pizza arrived the remainder of the staff continued to serve. We asked about pillows and the manager send me over to the bed we had chosen to try and and suspended our transaction. We would have walked out and not ordered a bed if it had not been for Hollie becoming free to serve us. The attitude of the manager took the shine off our experience especially when Hollie was so helpful. We also found that the manager was rude to staff members and derogatory. He spoke down to one particular staff member in front of us.

The price of the item I wanted was slightly dearer than a few of the other shops I visited but dreams were the only one who could deliver when I wanted

Arrangement of beds in store. Not easy to find one at the price range I wanted without looking at everything. Also type of bed ie soft firm. All very mixed so had to look at every bed to find the one I wanted

Delievary time over a month it's too long

I took out the 9 months interest free option. I do not think it is fair that you are not able to make payments against the plan over the 9 months, unless you pay in full. It seems like you are setting up vulnerable customers to fail so they get charged the full interest after the 9 months which I think is very unfair. Staff were amazing, products and prices great - but really let yourself down in supporting customers with your finance options.

I expected to pay less than the 548 pounds I spent I was hoping for between 400-450 to get a decent frame and a good mattress but you get what you pay for I guess. I just expected to save a bit more with all the adverts is seen advertising this big sale! The store was lovely staff were friendly and Vhris who served me was very knowledgable. I just thought it was a lot of money In a sale and I have to wait until 10th June for delivery as my item was not in stock and I ordered on 8/5/17 I think that's a long time to wait. Which is unfortunate because of my circumstances. But other than that a greAt store and staff.
