We were approached to soon (almost as soon as we entered the store which was off putting . Then I found the sheer number of qualities of mattress confusing then there is the different firmness to think about and how can a 5 minute lie down compare to a full night?

Whilst I was price matched against the online price had I not looked on line I would have paid 20% more. The staff were not aware of or if they were aware of offers available elswhere did not offer the best price.

UP TO YET THE PROCESS AS BEEN FANTASTIC, THE STORE WAS LOVELY AND THE ASSISTANCE OF THE DREAMS COLLEAGUE CHRIS WAS BRILLIANT, HE WAS VERY HELPFULL AND FRIENDLY AND HE LET US TRY DIFFERENT PRODUCTS AND IS ADVICE WAS GREAT AND HELPFULL, CHRIS IS A CREDIT TO YOUR STORE.

I found it confusing to recieve by email two invoices one saying we owed nothing and another saying that there was a balance of £29.99. Also, the mattress hasn't arrived yet so this experience is not yet completed.

All online products not stocked in store. Store seems to lack any layout, i.e by price, firmness etc.

Arranged for removal of mattress unsure if this service required as told date would b changed if then wanted to add the service. Told could just cancel over phone. Having rung local council and found mattress removal only £12.50 decided to cancel this to be told had to go back to shop to do. Assistant did apologise for inconvenience unaware of this process.

The only thing I can think of would be the delivery, I can understand why it had to be delivered to billing address but why couldn't it just have been delivered to where I live? My brother ordered from this store, they delivered to different address to his billing address, why is this possible for one customer but not others? I guess it's more a lack of continuity in the service you provide.
