I thought that the store was very clean and the staff very helpful/friendly.

To be highly satisfied, would need something extra than really helpful and good. Freebies thrown in or something 'highly satisfying'.

Staff were friendly,very helpful and understood the questions I had and responded appropriatly

The lady was lovely and very helpful but we weren't left to browse or think on our own so felt pressured and hurried into buying

I was highly satisfied with my experience the only down side is the wait time for delivery.

because i was buying a mattress.not the most exciting thing in the world.

Product (bed frame) displayed in store which we wanted to buy had been discontinued. Staff did not know this until they tried to place the order for us.

I was approached to quickly by the sales team

Finding what we wanted was easy. The assistant was helpful. The only problem we had was that the ordering system was faulty and could not print our order. We have also not received an email copy.
