Dreams - Mansfield

Dream - Nottingham: Went in looking for Raj, he wasn't there and the ladies that served us said he would be back shortly. We went back, Raj wasn't back, but the ladies totally ignored us and didn't ask if they could help. After looking around we left. We then went to Mansfield Dream shop. The assistant there, Clare helped us with our queries efficiently and was very pleasant. Whole ordering process was very good.

the service was good, I can not as yet say i am highly satisfied until I have received product but in general it's been a good service

met my expectations but did not exceed them

Mattress prices are overly inflated

A good choice of mattresses to try and currently on offer so an even better time to visit.

after trying some pillows and found one suitable we were tould they were out of stock and also they didn't have any green bags which are given to put your old matteress in for collection

No reason it was just a very busy time.

Overall satisfied with the service we received.

Everything was fine. The assistant Bev was fine. But if I give you 10 then you may get complacent

Trying to rob us with a 40 delivery charge not advertised anywhere until you place the order and get told about it
