We were very satisfied with the service. Just wished items were a little less expensive and there was a problem on our credit search but not the staff members fault.

The delivery charge of £39 was dropped in at transaction stage rather than being flagged in advance - it seems pretty steep for a bed base and headboard, even with assembly

I wasn't high satisfied as I wanted to go away with the mattress that day or come back and fetch it myself as I have my own van/transport instead I had to pay £39 for it to be delivered
