Basically, hard to be highly satisfied untill I recieve the bed. I was promised a topper to go on the matress, i'll wait to see if it arrives and also if the delivery arrives when quotedAlso. weonly wanted a matress and found that they werte only around £50 cheaper than a who;e bed.

Slightly lengthy process in placing order as details had to be entered twice.

Some of the labelling could have been more explicit. And it would have been nice if you'd had a larger selection.

There were lots of additional charges. Delivery charge removal charge and long delivery date all added after the order placed

I said I was average satisfied/unsattisfied. Nothing special. The only comment I would make was the colleague seemed to gloss over the high cost of returns, if not suitable.

For the purchase of a bed base I signed 4 forms and received 5 pieces of paper... This seems disproportionate and a waste of paper . I also found the 14 hour time slot for delivery very unhelpful!

Sales man would not leave so we could discuss felt intimidated
