There were three members of staff which really was not enough for a sunday and I had to wait an extremely long time to be served without even being acknowledged. When the lady did serve me she was very good. I also feel that waiting 5 weeks for a standard divan bed is ridiculous.

Ordered over 2wks ago. No delivery date as of yet. Tried to contact store, no joy. Had to make a special trip to the store. Was told I would receive a call the day after, still waiting.

I was really happy with the service up until querying the price against the online price. I spoke to Bev and she did not speak in a very professional manner and it basically seemed like she did not have time to discuss my query. I was also told by Clare that it would be no problem to call up to give her my new delivery address. When I called to do this I was told by Bev I would need proof of address (ID) which is a problem for me given that it is a new build and I do not have bills yet and the address is not registered with Royal Mail etc. I was not made aware I would need to provide proof. I would have held off ordering if so to save hassle.

There was only one person serving in the store and he was dealing with another customer. He did not acknowledge us until the other customer had departed the store. It would have been nice for him to at least acknowledge our presence and let us know he would be with us as soon as he could. Instead we felt ignored. Had we not been limited for time, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

We were told delivery would be "next tuesday". When placing an order on Sunday 19th of may. The receipt was emailed to us. When I got it . It said Tuesday 4th of June. That's a week on Tuesday. So instead of waiting a few days I've had mo bed for over 2 weeks by the time it arrives.

Took ages to pay, I thought about o% finance but couldn’t be bothered to wait for the form filling in. It turns out it would have been quicker. My sister felt poorl suddenly so had to leave without fully completing transaction. Which I phoned through later. Next morning had a phone call asking me to check with my bank that I hadn’t paid twice. What a performance.

The member of staff did not appear to be very well trained in using the computer software or accessing the finance plan available

The assistant who served me was very understanding towards my needs as I suffer with Arthritis all aver. I also suffer with a stammer, he did not make me feel rushed or under pressure to purchase. The store had a pleasant atmosphere, dry clean. 10/10 for the assistant who served me for being very understanding and knowledgeable 🙂
