Was highly satisfied ,so not understanding why I’m asked this question

I indicated no problem on last question, so why are you asking why I wasn't satisfied with my experience.

I was extremely satisfyed with the service I received as detailed in previous answers. The experience was excellent

Unfortunately we were led to believe that some additional extras were included in the price we paid which was just short of £2000. After I signed my life away, I was upset to find that I had to pay an additional 238 for soft closing doors which we explained was great for the kids and glass drawers as we didn't have space for the chest of drawers. The quality is good but if we had the opion of cancelling we would have done so as we felt mis leaded. It has tarnished my experience of something you're likely to do every 10 years. I will be leaving bad reviews unfortunately

Due to the time it was going to take for delivery the manager offered me 10% off so I would place the order.I ordered a mattress and a bed frame which I was told it would be better to put through in two separate transactions .When i got home I checked my bills and found I didn't even get 10% off the the mattress I got 5% . I feel I've been conned I will never deal with dreams again.
