Dreams - Mansfield

Good product availability to try. Good product knowledge of assistant even though he was quite new.

Chris at the Mansfield branch of dreams was very helpful. Not pushy at all but there when needed to answer any questions we had. If he did not know he asked the advice of his more experienced colleague that was there who was also very friendly and approachable.

Tina was very polite and friendly and was able to direct us to the products that we were looking to purchase.

Our assistant, Hollie, was really friendly and informative. She gave us plenty of things to consider, offered us drinks and was generally just very attentive.

Staff were really helpful, friendly and not too pushy

A saleswoman approached us immediately after we entered the store and her help was invaluable. Despite the fact the store was closing soon, we felt under no pressure to leave and did not feel like we were being pushed to make a quick decision.

We were served by a lovely lady called Tina, who was very professional, had our best interests at heart after listening to what we were after with a new bed and did her best to accommodate that. Which she didn't disappoint! We walked away really happy with our purchase after spending about 30mins talking to Tina and trying out various beds. We have already recommended Dreams to so many friends and family and will continue to do so! Now we just await the actual product delivery, which we are itching for already! Thank you. We would definitely use Dreams for any other beds in the future.
