We are very pleased with the service we received when buying our new bed, Francis and hollie were very friendly and happy to help with anything, and provided great advise for our little girls bed, we will definitely return to dreams in the future! Overall a smooth service, purchase and we absolutely love our bed! Thankyou!

the lady that seved us who is tina was very helpful she put me on the bed machine to see what mattress was suitable for me then showed us all the mattresses that would suit me then we mixed and matched the base and mattressthat I was satisfied with over all a very good service and I was very pleased

We were met by Ravinder as soon as we entered the store. As we used your machine to see what type of bed we would be recommended to purchase, Rav made us a cup of coffee and afterwards he showed us the different beds. He gave us a lot of information but also time to think about it. We were pleasantly surprised that at no time did we feel pushed into a sale. The store was quite busy and while we were making our choice, Rav had to go and serve another customer and so the Store Manager gave us the quote and we subsequently purchased the bed. Our overall experience was great and we will highly recommend the Mansfield store.

The professional approach of the staff and product knowledge . We where grateful to the member of staff to be given the chance to try the latest innovation were you lay on the bed and it calculates your body position and recommends the correct mattress for you firm or medium.
