This visit was hassle free, though we were given assistance it wasn’t pushy. Would definitely shop here again

We were originally going to order one product but the delivery time was too long, we were helped tremendously by the staff to find another suitable product that could be delivered within the time we needed

Frances the sales assistant was polite friendly and very helpful and not pushy she showed us what we wanted and offered her assistance if needed.

We have had a waterbed for 25 years and were nervous about replacing it with an ordinary mattress. Rav, our assistant was amazing. Very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We were impressed so much by Dreams technology to match us to a mattress, that we are really looking forward now to a replacement mattress. We were shown and able to try the beds quoted by the mapping machine. Rav also gave us 2 pillows to try with each bed and at £99 each, not cheap but after his explanation of their technology, we bought them too. 20/10 Dreams. What an amazing experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable assistance was readily available. Our needs were established straight away. The assistant (Rav) let us take our time.

Frances was friendly but not pushy. Her product knowledge was excellent. We left the store with the item we came in for ( and 4 pillows we didn’t 😂). She was very approachable and pleasant.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during my visit to the Mansfield store. Frances dealt with my order. She gave me all the information I needed as I have a spinal disease so I have to be sure I am choosing the right mattress. She wanted to be sure I made the right choice so encouraged me to try out as many mattresses as I needed to and the ones she recommended. As the sale was on she ensured I got a few discounts/upgrades/freebies,which always helps when a purchase is as expensive as this one. I am very pleased with my instore experience, and Frances is an asset to your company.
