Dreams - Mansfield

The knowledge Louise and her colleagues had was excellent and was very helpful and listened to our needs when we wanted the bed and were happy to listen. This is my 2nd bed purchase from dreams in Mansfield and always find the staff helpful professional and friendly

Amazing service I believe the ladies who served me were called Tina (assistant manager) and Holly. So friendly and helpful and listened to what my specific needs were.

Plenty of choice; assistant was friendly and helpful. She was able to tell us the differences between mattresses

Staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and laid back. There was no pressure to buy immediately and made for an enjoyable visit.

When we entered the store & were looking around the assistant came to check that we were ok, offered us a drink but wasn't too pushy, which we find important. Having said that, he was there to answer our questions & advice us on the best mattress for our needs & when he realised that we needed a mattress quickly he took us to an appropriate one.

Tina was very efficient,used mattress comfort machine to detect what sort off mattress was best suited for our needs. We tried several mattress in store that was recommended by the machine and chose the most comfortable one for use . Tina made us feel comfortable and relaxed also supplied us with liquid refreshment in which we participated in while choosing our mattress.

The member of staff was friendly and knowledgeable and went a little out of the way to help

Ravinder in the Mansfield branch at dreams was very very good. Me and my boyfriend were just looking at mattresses not planning on buying anything as we are in the process of buying our first home so just wanted to see what was out there home wise but Rav was so helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up buying a MUCH more expensive mattress than we had planned. We are very happy with out purchase and the service was faultless.

Louise was excellent towards what we were after, there was no pressure on us and she and her colleague made our 2 children occupied colouring pictures which gave us the time to pick our bed and mattress. Cannot praise her more as we were totally at ease. Fantastic service at our Mansfield store 10/10

I was highly satisfied as I recieved excellent customer service from the ladies in store, Tina, Fran and Lou were so very helpful and made us feel very relaxed, they sorted our order quickly and efficiently and even offered us a cup of tea!
