Could not fault a thing from start to finish advised which mattresses would be suitable for us after a quick 3 minutes on the bed machine also the quick process of buying the mattress and pillows which was shown to us as we both get hot at night

We went in clearly stating we were on a journey and wouldn't buy that day, we said we'd been to John Lewis. Hollie was very welcoming, friendly and professional. She offered us a drink, she then asked what we thought we might need then explained the mattress finder machine. She then patiently took us from bed to bed again fully explaining the mattress. She even ensured we got a suitable pillow. We left very happy. Then the next day we went to Bedsons, nice assistant, but not got bed selector machine, shown a lot of unsuitable beds and one perfect bed but ridiculous price. So we went straight to Dream 're tried the bed we liked. The Manager was in and offered us a drink, told us to ensure we were really happy with the mattress. We were so ordered it. Very good process! The Manager put Hollie down as seller because she did all the hard work. We bought a pillow and bought the bedcover. Even had to change delivery date, so easy. Great experience. Told my family and friends.

The staff were very helpful and understanding of my needs. Tina was great and gave great advice.

Extremely friendly, took the time to listen to why I was in need of a new mattress, offered me different options for the child the mattress was for, of similar price and quality also gave me advice on better protection for the mattress. Over all the experience was smooth, pleasant, friendly & not rushed, like most places.
