Was looked after straight away given advise then left to browse. Assistant was very friendly and helpful.

Helpful staff- could answer all our questions. Listened to what we were looking for and offered suitable products to try.

When we walked into the shop we was greeted by Rav, he was very friendly and offered us drinks whilst we shopped. He then found us exactly what we was looking for within our budget. He answered any questions we had and overall made the purchase very easy and efficient. If only when we go to other shops we were greeted with such a pleasant and helpful person, it would make every shopping experience pleasant.

From the moment I walked through the door the sales assistant Rav was very charming. He assisted me from the time I entered the store until the time I left. He showed me through all the different beds, mattresses and accessories. I even tried the bed that calculates which mattress I would require. Rav was very knowledgable in the products I would need. He even supplied me we a biscuit or two and some sweets when I fell ill with my low blood sugar level due to my diabetes. I was offered a cup of tea too, Rav really when above and beyond helping me om my visit so was extremely satisfied from start to finish.

Rav was knowledgable but more importantly he was not a pushy salesman, he made himself known to us but left us to browse in our own time so we returned to the branch to make a purchase with Rav over purchasing bensons for beds that day.

Very professional approach from the salesman , enjoyed finding a replacement mattress , the salesman was very helpful and patient . There is a very large range of beds and pillows in a clean bright showroom. I’m satisfied with the cost of my mattress it was around the price I wanted to pay with no delivery charge.
