Initial visit, I ordered a bed, phoned customer services to say the bed is on offer weeks later but before delivery, and they credited my finance deal, which lead me to go back and purchase a mattress on this visit, The staff went above and beyond to amend my order and to ensure both items got delivered on the same day! Nothing was too much trouble!

Rac and Tina assisted myself and my partner on separate days they were both brilliant. Myself and my partner have back problems so Tina did the assessment and found the perfect mattress for us which we bought and are having deliviered. As soon as we walked into the store Frances came over with a big smile and the eagerness to help two newbies buying their first decent mattress.
