the staff at your mansfield store were extremely helpful, and allowed you to wander around without feeling that you were being hassled, but at the same time they were ready to answer any questions regarding our purchase, and thank you for the tea and biscuit, could highly recommend to anyone.

Hollie looked after us to perfection, we bought a bed that was the correct size, had good storage and the right price for a second bed that she showed us in your sale area.

The lady we saw was very glued about the baby bed we bought as you did not have one in stock

Everything was simple to understand and very straightforward

We got to try the bed for recommendations. Staff left us to try things out for ourselves but were there whenever we had a question. They invited us to try all things out to make the right decision.

We were greeted with a smile and second to none customer service by the lovely Frances, offered beverages and biscuits. She spoke in detail about what we needed and wanted in a bed and mattress. She made sure that we got the right bed for our needs and made sure we left happy customers, which we did and couldn’t thank Frances enough for her help and time.

The store was well laid out to enable browsing and when required "Tina",who served us was at hand. She took us through various layouts, with expert explanation of each, until our choice was made. There was no hard sell and the experience was an absolute pleasure.

We entered the store and had a general look around, the assistant Tina approached us and was very helpful in narrowing down a specific mattress. Not overpowering. Helped us with a survey on the testing machine, then pointed out and identified the mattresses it had suggested. she was very knowledgeable about the options, then left us to try them out and come up with our own decision. The actual purchase was a smooth process.

The technology that analysed the type of bed we needed was fantastic. We were unsure as to precisely what sort of mattress we needed, but the computer analysis did this for us.
