Hollie in Mansfield store was exceptionally helpful. We did the bed test which showed i needed a completely different mattress to what I would have looked for & explained everything about each one. We were offered a drink & I actually ordered one of the mattresses it came up recommending & that Hollie had spoken about

allowed to browse without being immediately pounced on. When asked if needed help the assistant was friendly and helpful, listening to my preferences and finding what I needed. coffee offered..........always a bonus and not rushed.

I thought rav was excellent he greeted me asked if i like a drink he put me on a mattress machine to work out best mattress he let me try all products and wasn't just after a sale but he made the process stress free.
