Frances knew all about the products and was very friendly and helpful and spent a considerable amount of time with my daughter to ensure she had the right mattress. She was excellent. There was, however, a lack of soft mattresses to look at, which was disappointing.

Excellent product knowledge, assisted us in finding the right mattress using sleep solution (I think it was called that) and helped entertain our children with Easter activities whilst we found the right mattress to match our chosen frame. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The customer service was excellent. We didn't have a lot of time to spare and also had two young children with us who really didn't want to be shopping. Rav our sales person made our purchase time as short as possible. He didn't try to up sell or complicate the purchase. We was in and out of the showroom within 20 mins with exactly the items we required.

We walked into the shop and nobody pounced on us straight away, the assistant Rav came across after a while and said if you need anything please let me know, we browsed at headboards and called Rav back across and the service we received was excellent

The service was exceptional, Rav the assistant was very helpful and obviously the price was good

Tina and rag who served us was absolutely brilliant could not fault them even got tea and biscuits hat more could you ask for xxx

We we’re served by Tina and she was going extremely helpful, we went on the sleep match machine to find the best mattress for us also my wife has trouble with hot sweats and doesn’t get much sleep. Tina explained which mattress would be best for the both of us. Will definitely come back when our mattress requires replacing
