love the beds on show and the new mattresses which is why we ordered the spring and gel mattress . and 2 soft gel pillows. staff are lovely and polite. and the prices are very reasonable .

There was a good selection of beds and mattresses . You get to try all beds and lay on then . The shop was a good size to walk round.

Friendly welcome as we entered thestore. Knowledgable sales assistant who was really friendly and kind, she’s even stood and rocked our baby in his pram whilst we tried the different mattresses. Loved the the sleep match technology!

Tina your sales rep was fantastic couldn't help us enough she was really helpfull

Customer service was great. Katie knew what she was talking about and made sure that we are happy with our choice. She also gave a suggestion for pillows that we loved and added to our purchase.

From arriving in store to completing our order was very efficient, no hassle and very informative from staff

Mainly because the assistants weren't pushy. I find it extremely off putting when going into a shop and to be hounded. Tina was very welcoming to let us know she was there if needed but left us alone until we needed her again. Because your staff are not pushy you got a sale, keep it up.

Very welcoming and helpful staff who were able to give us time to browse and think first.
