Our scores reflect the fantastic service we received whilst browsing, then purchasing our new beds. Ravi could not be faulted and gave good advice without being over pushy. You felt he knew his products well and advised to meet our needs accordingly.

Our store assistant Louise was very helpful with all our questions, knowledgable and friendly. Louise encouraged us to use the store equipment to assess our mattress needs and showed us the selection in store to try. Louise discussed the various merits of each product and allowed us to try them all for us to make an informed choice. Louise was courteous at all times, efficient and dilligent.

2nd visit for a 2nd bed as so happy with the first. Rav and Tina both brilliant, had plenty of time to talk with us, go through with us what was needed and waited for my husband to go the following day to be tested for a mattress and start the picking process again. Contemplated buying online but glad I went into store to sort.

The girls that greeted me in your Mansfield store were super! They were really friendly, made me a nice coffee and couldn’t do enough for me and to make me comfortable. Such a credit to Dreams!!! Can’t praise them enough!!! Their names are Tina and Hollie.
