I rung previous to see if the bed I wanted online was in store. The lady was very helpful, I visited the lady remember I phoned earlier and advised me on products to go with the bed I wanted. Very friendly, informative and knowledgeable in every question asked

Came to Dreams through our previous purchase. Good quality products helpful and friendly staff namely RAV. who gave me a validation code 183A013290. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend Dreams. You get what you pay for in my opinion. Overall fantastic experience.

Tina at the Mansfield store was very helpful and had the patience of a saint. Her product knowledge was second to none and if I was to visit this store again I would want to be served by Tina.

The lady, Her name was Tina approached and asked about what mattress I currently had and offered advice as I am suffering back pain, she made me and my mother coffee and was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy which was great as I was given the space to decide on what I want. I thought Tina did a fantastic job and helped me come to a decision on hopefully the mattress which will solve my back ache.

I came in because I have been through 2 mattresses over the last 12 month's spending over £3000. I was not sleeping well because I have back problems in the lumber region. The last 2 mattresses were sold to me as the best for my back just after a 20 minute chat with a sales person which I took as the right advice. Neither were any good, I feel because the sales persons couldn't be sure what type of mattress was needed. Fortunately I was greeted by Rav at the Mansfield store and he put me straight onto a magical bed which looked at my sleeping positions and curvature of my body and advised me on the best mattress for my body AMAZING. I was treated like royalty for the whole experience at the store. I had spent over an hour trying each bed that was good for my back and finally purchased one that I thought was the best one for me. I would like to thank all the team at the Mansfield store for their time, cups of tea and help. A happy customer!!
