I was really impressed with the sales assistant (a.k.a Tina, Mansfield store) who catered for our every needs. I personally think she went above and beyond, her knowledge of understanding of what we wanted was excellent. I was also impressed with how clean and bright the store was, we will definitely be going back the next time we need a bed or any advice.

Attended to very promptly and politely by Ravinder, who offered us a welcome coffee/tea, listened to our needs and was both knowledgeable about the products and professional in his manner.

Really friendly lady who took time to listen to what we needed. No hard sell. Very kind to our son too who was looking for a new pillow. Treated him as an adult, he thought he was very special. Highly recommend.

This visit was a second visit to the store to obtain advice on bed bases. I had been impressed with the Assistant, Tina, on my visit visit and so looked out for her this time round. She immediately recognised me and remembered what my needs were. There was a good selection ranging from ex demo to high end items and she managed to identify the perfect base for what I need at the moment. She was efficient and knowledgeable and presented the store professionally. She was competent with the IT system and had a very friendly approach to dealing with customers.

Very helpful and knowledgeable members of staff, I was even offered a drink.

Tina didn't hover but left us to browse then after being asked demonstrated well the sofa bed conversion then left us to talk before being back to us on request to take the order. so basically we didn't feel harassed or pressured.

The staff at your Mansfield store are fantastic. Ravinder served me and his knowledge of your products is great, I was able to but the mattress for my aunt with confidence using Ravinder's guidance, he is friendly and very professional
